Ratings Confusion

Although I'm not really bothered by the ratings system and the position in the tables, I'm confused by the latest drop in my rating. My opponent, who was around 40 points above me in the ratings resigned, yet I dropped by 27 points. Does anyone know why? I thought I understood the formulae, but perhaps not!

So all looks well. Be aware that your rating graph looks like it was one game behind. But you can chose the points in the graph and see what game was responsible for which alteration.
