I am not alerted when my opponent makes a move, even though i have move notification "enabled" - i have also tried to update this with no results. any suggestions?
We have had email sent to your returned to us recently ("bounced" ).
When this happens, we stop sending further emails until the recipient activates the email again. (From emails settings.)
In this instance, I have reset it already, so you should again receive email notifications, but if it stops again, check your email settings here to reactivate it again.
