Not able to find Registered Member

I have some friends who are registered but I cannot find them in Players Directory. I know they are registered, why can't I find them. I put in their User Name exactly but they don't come up. This is really frustrating. I can pull up everyone else but not these two. One has the phone app and is on the pc.

If they haven't played in the last 100 days they won't show on most lists. If they've never moved a search won't find them either. If there is a space or strange character in the username search won't find it. If you know the name of someone they would have played a game with, look through their list of games played.

Our Player Directory includes names from way back when. It isn't limited to 100 days.

Can somebody assist please.
A player whom I've known for a few years all of a sudden cannot get logged onto her username, Mammy Blue. It does not get recognised by the site.
She has changed her password to see if that would help, but to no avail.
Any ideas please.

Send Feedback, Russ can clear that up I think.

If Mammy Blue provides her Email adress to you to dens in the Feedback I expect the procedure to go smooth.

Exactly what I've done. No response from Russ, after more than one request since before the weekend.
We'll hold on still. 🙂

I have no problem getting the Mammy Blue profile up, simply by typing mammy in the players search box. Last moved 3 days ago.

Sorry, my mistake.
Her email address is not recognised by the system.
Her username is fine.

A message to Russ
Can you please indicate when you will be able to attend to the problem
Mammy Blue has.
Is there another channel I have to use to get reaction.

It IS the Help Forum. The Problem is None nay member could help.

Any luck with Mammy Blue's problem?
Just to reiterate, she cannot log on anymore.
Seems the system doesn't recognise her email adress.

I have responded in feedback a few times. The incorrect email address is being used.

I did respond with hints, so I suggest your friend checks their email and spam folders for replies.
