No Skull when time expired

In my game 13501052 the time has expired for Black, but there is no skull for me to accept the win. Why not? Black's next move will be mate. So time is critical.Game 13501052

I can see you moved about 15 minutes ago but I cannot see when black made his last move.
As his timebank has expired I can only think he will not be able to make a move and the skull will appear in due course

This game is 0 day timeout, with a 21 day timebank, so timeout is always expired and everyone is moving on timebank.

If his timebank expired, and not just his timeout, then yes, send feedback.
