Need halp transferring clanleadership

I received this note from ChessHost where my current clan leader nominated me as next clan leader.
Cut paste of text provided at bottom.

What am I supposed to do with this ??
I have tried pasting some pieces of the url with no success.

Please help.

I know that a player on vacation cannot be involved in any new challenge while the vacation flag is up
I don't think that a challenge can be started with a player on vacation
I really think that you flag is preventing your leadership change
