Your profile page says you have 12 games.
I checked all of your games and you have 9 in progress that all show up at the top of the list, but you also have 3 that are not started. and they're at the end of the list.
Those are the problem. Since they are not started, they do not show up when you select the 'in progress' option when viewing your games from your profile page.
They are set up and ready to play so they count as part of your game limit, but they are not technically started until a move is made.
One is against Qu1z1, from over a year ago but with no moves.
Two are against Sonya, just created yesterday, but again with no moves.
What do you see on your 'my games' page? There should be 12, with three not started.
You may need to change your sort preference at the upper right part of the page. There are several options there.
I would suggest deleting the one against Qu1z1. Click the trash can icon to delete it.
