Banned Player Timed Out Games

Player BlueSkyDance has been banned over 24 days and was entered in a hard core tournament February 2021 He is timed out but games but games still cannot be claimed. Why?

In the tournament I was in with blueskydance the name was just crossed out and I was given the points.No need to time out.

Yes.
If you go onto a tournament game and click on the tournament title it will bring up the games record and you can check on there.

@BlueSkyDance 's remaining games have now been timed out.
