..from the moment you're born ...if you spent one dollar every second...you'd have to live to be 31, 688 years old to spend one trillion dollars. Who cares about a National Debt now lol

I urge Americans who can get by without the $3,000 [or whatever it will be], that the government will send them, to give it to a charity or their local church that they trust to spend it well and spend it quickly. Either that or hand it over to relatives that need it more than you.

May be the smartest thing I've seen you say in any forum!

May be the first thumbs up I ever gave you also.

Who expects that the USA (or most other countries) will pay off their debt anyway?

This is perhaps because you are not very smart.

My suggestion about the $3,000 ~ which apparently appeals to your brain ~ is, alas, a bit of a no-brainer.

Pehaps I am not very smart, does saying that make you feel smarter?

How many do you think will actually do the $3.000.00 give back?

How about someone not so smart tell you. Not VERY MANY!!!!

It's not about people feeling smarter than you; it's simply that most people here, time and time again, demonstrate that they are.

I don't think it would be very smart to give it "back". I urge those who can get by without the $3,000 to give it to a charity or to their local church if they trust them to spend it wisely and quickly. If not that, give it to relatives that need it.

you're awfully free and easy with other people's money. This money is to stimulate the economy during massive layoffs, not to give to charities.
