I offered a pic of four of my kids in one of these threads a few months ago.
Of course, they could be anyone's so, still nothing concrete, I suppose.
Not sure how I could convince you of my marital/parental status.
Even less sure why I should feel compelled to do so...

But, for what it's worth: after my first debacle of a marriage which resulted in one child and an inordinate amount of attorney fees, I've been with my current long-suffering wife for 22 years.
We have five children, which brings my total parental output at:
Two boys, four girls ranging in ages between two and 24.
Not sure why anyone would falsely represent such information, but then again, some people think the world is round, too, so you just never know, right?
