It’s a funny situation. I’d take it as being what she termed, a ‘blonde moment’. She could have kept it to herself too but chose to share all in Facebook. 😕 All I can say is that forms are intimidating and I have often messed them up. She also may not have had a clue about the insurers interest in the present condition of her car and have been more sensitive to her nations need to carefully check out everyone’s identity? I imagine that she’d more likely be a teaching assistant and not a teacher?

She admits to having "book smarts" rather than "street smarts".
She strikes me as someone who would be a better teacher than some I've encountered at parent/teacher conferences.
( Thankfully, there were only a few bad ones )

Smart people can make dumb mistakes... it happens. And imo kids don't suffer if their teachers are not only big enough to admit their mistakes, but can laugh at themselves about it as well.

I'm certainly NOT against people ... wherever they are from.
