What I want to know is: Will he have his constitutional rights restored and be able to vote in the election come November?

Remarkable comment from someone who has had so much of his life taken away. At least he hadn't been executed.
The United States has the largest prison population in the world, and the highest per-capita incarceration rate. Clearly some are innocent.
