    I think I'd actually like being on a jury for first-hand experience of the legal system.

    Anyone here ever been on a jury?
    I have served on a jury, and have also been called a few times for jury selection, and went through voir dire a couple times out of those (voir dire being the next step in jury selection).

    I found it a worthwhile experience, and I'd rather not say more, so as not to prejudice your experience.

    got called up twice but got out of it because I ran my own Flooring Firm and had ongoing contracts that if I had 10 days off would have lost me the contract.
