1oz White Rum
1oz Coconut Rum
Brown sugar simple syrup to taste(equal parts brown sugar and water dissolved over medium heat and allowed to cool)
Equal parts Pineapple juice and Orange juice
Dash of Grenadine
Half a glass of Ice
Garnish with pineapple, orange and cherry

Boil kettle of water
Scoop loose leaf tea into teapot (one scoop per cup)
Pour hot water into teapot (water temperature dependent on type of tea)
Stand for 1 to 2 minutes
Pour tea through strainer into cup (preferably bone china)
Add milk or lemon and/or sugar as required
Stir gently
Compliment with a duo of rich tea biscuits
