I have an amount of money which I usually give to a certain charity at Christmas, but this year another charity has also done some good work and has great plans for 2020.

Do I give both charities half of the usual amount, should I ‘double up’ so they both get the full amount, or should I hire a servant to pick my crap up because I’m too lazy?

    Hire a servant.
I hear a few a Prince Andrews former servants are looking for work.
The poor devil only has one chap to help him get dressed each morning.

This sounds, strikingly, like an issue someone else in the threads has. Perhaps check it out for some advice.
