As someone who lives in the USA, I wish I knew.
I think it would be great if we had a respectable conservative party to balance bean-counters and freedom-preservers against warm-hearts and over-regulators (kind of like the old two-hemisphere model of the human brain), but we don't.
Maybe the Sexbot Party will form an alliance with the Transhumanists in five or ten years and help with the navigation.
The more repressed any culture is with sex, the more depraved they tend to be. Conservative cultures seem to have higher instances of sexual violence compared to cultures more lax about sex and nudity.

I think what's preventing the return of a respectable conservative party is that it isn't flashy. It seems that in order to succeed in politics you need to be on TV all the time, trend on Twitter, say provocative things, burn bridges to compromise, carry snowballs to prove climate change isn't real, and wear gas masks on the floor of the house so your name shows up in the news cycle. One of the biggest criticisms of Biden is that he's "not on TV enough". Really? The entire game is to own the libs.
Governance is hard. It requires tough choices, compromise, justification and nuance. In order to make this work, we would need a voting block that paid attention to details and listened. We don't have that. Flashy politics is winning on both sides of the aisle and it's gross.

This is because the GOP is controlled opposition; they exist maybe to be successful in the advancement of some policies that benefit big business, and, to some degree, the NRA is effective...
But, generally speaking, they are a party that is comfortable with losing.
They are part of a corrupt system... why wouldn't they be corrupt?
I also do not really know many Republicans who regard their own leadership that highly...

I remember when Gary Hart’s presidential campaign was scuttled by a photograph of a young woman sitting on his lap. No sex, just sitting on his lap. Now, a Rep. candidate can get himself elected despite having paid hush money to a porn star, and publicly denied both the payment and the affair. The party of family values ? The party of law and order ? Not any more. The GOP is in thrall to a demagogue, they have no principles at all any more.
