To answer this, should not we have to agree on the def of Democracy?
I have several takes on it, but to me it is either....
#1: A system of government by the whole population, or all the eligible members of a State, typically through elected representatives.
#2. Control of any organization or group by a majority of its members.
Does anyone have another definition to include, before we vote?
