If you flex in front of someone and they don't flex back bigger and better, then you won the round.
The North Korean missile went 2,800 miles, all the way over Japan, terrorizing the populace.. they had to dive into shelters. Another possible target is Guam, which the USA owns, is only 2,100 miles away, so it's a target too.

N. Korea hasn't fired a missile in Japan's direction in over 5 years..... The tensions are rising now because the USA is weaker with the President we have now. in 2020 Trump met with Kim Jong Un and made him back down...

Yeah they are so weak NK’s pointless and impotent missile exercise was a response to a joint exercise by the US, Japan and South Korea around the peninsula.
NK is acting on the orders of China and Russia who give them cover in the UN Security Council.

Plus you’ve just posted a shock horror story in another thread about Poland maybe hosting nukes but you obviously think it’s ok for Russia to have them and threaten the west with but not for the nations they threatening to have them.
