From a free speech standpoint, there are ongoing legal arguments that facebook is a public forum and therefore censorship is illegal. In a public forum, the government has access to that information.

If facebook is a private company, which I think it is, then it should be able to ban, censor, curate the content however they wish. They've chosen as a platform to publicize users posts, so of course the government is going to monitor that.

If you want something to remain private, don't post it on an open access social media platform.

Maybe you can explain the horrors of govt to these kids better than I can. But you might as well wait until the government stop sending them checks, and they start to feel the pressure of inflation in their lives..... and the hidden taxes that they will be paying.
They will listen then.

And that would be because Trump DID screw up the pandemic response and SHOULD be called on it, he is responsible for at least half the deaths due to covid in the US and should be tried as a criminal for that.

Correct. But we have had recent country-wide changes (airplanes in the air may bump into each other) that necessitate certain agencies, starting with FAA. And the food we eat, and drugs we take. FDA. Need the FBI now, too. Then there is FEMA, OSHA, USPA, NASA. You know, I might have missed one or two, but that is about it . Huge military goes without saying, and the VA falls in there as well. The FHA is impt to help responsible people buy their first homes. Those that don't, their choice.
That's about it. Of course, you folks who want the entitlement programs, that will take about 200 more agencies, but hey, that's life. I 've never gotten an entitlement, myself. We need to find someone who regularly pulls down the free stuff to give us his input.
