Let us say you are exactly right. That does not change the issue here, where we presently have a government, and the government wants to keep people poor so that they will depend on the government and the support the politicians who hand out the free money. It has nothing to do with the rich going broke if the government collapses. Ridiculous comment.

Most people will become unneeded with automation technology getting better. With no work for half of the population they would have to be given money. This is where the UBI comes in. Remember Andrew Yang? He suggested the UBI in his presidential campaign.
They want depopulation because they don't want to pay for a UBI. What do you think happens when the demand for people is outstripped by supply? This is where the term useless eaters comes in. The elites only care about people when they have a use for them. If they are not needed for work they become useless eaters.

MB, I wrote above that the govt will control our lives if they control our healthcare. All decisions about MB qualifications will be that of the govt. You'd have no say. Many on this very forum do not mind giving up that right to buy their own. It is like me having all the dog food and picking which dog gets what. The dogs dont have their own. Today, you have your own. Tomorrow, do you want govt to have it? I have a feeling you'd like to get that new knee just before it all goes over to govt. >?????? Be honest./

@Metal-Brain It turns out nature is working on the problem, sperm counts world wide are down some 30% in the last 20 years or so.
If that keeps up, the population will be 1 billion in a couple hundred years, then maybe even less next gen.
I think the planet is rejecting humans. Covid is one example, plague and the like is another.
Covid BTW has a side effect of cutting cognition, people are getting dumber which would set us up for a nuclear war.
