It’s a Covid relief bill Joe the covid virus does not have hands or pockets and no use whatsoever for money, well other than as a vector.

No I’m pretty sure your wrong there. I guess your using your own Trumpish criteria for what constitutes covid relief which is an economic stimulus package geared to try and offset the economic devastation caused by successive lockdowns on businesses and people.

Now yoy say, Well it could be cloudy on the day they deliver the money , Plus we might have to factor in a leap year which would change that 9% to 9.0001% you are really getting bad man not much fun to write you anymore.
