Censoring Criticism of Israel and Zionism

I am sure that when international news was critical of the Nazi party that the Nazis would have wanted that news censored, too. anti-Nazism..? SO WHAT?! The world should know that the Zionists are evil people and their practices cannot be tolerated any longer.

I’ve written many times on the subject of the IHRA and their redefining of anti-Semitism to antisemitism.

Theoretically they may have a point (that anti-Semitism is always about Jews and not about Semitic languages), but practically, they’ve mixed anti-zionism into the definition. So, being anti-zionism has become antisemitic.

And this is obviously a very bad route to stroll down.

If I criticise American imperialistic capitalism, I’m not criticising American Christians having a BBQ on a Sunday.
If I criticise China’s social credit system, I’m not attacking Dutchess.

One has to make a distinction between regime and inhabitants (whether that’s race... as if that should ever be a thing..., religion, culture, etc.); if one doesn’t, then no argument can be held.

And Israel, backed by the IHRA, is deliberately muddying these lines.

Not all zionists are evil.
In fact, not everyone who defines themselves as zionist, are happy with the treatment of the Palestinians by the Israeli government.

That being said, I am generally in agreement with Ilan Pappe that zionism leads to genicide.
And that the UN’s resolution from the 70’s stands: zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination.

I suspect you are right. I'm actually surprised that certain lobby groups were not
able to make it illegal in the US to question the Jewish genocide of WWII.

One cannot equate anti-Zionism with anti-Jewish or anti-Israeli.
In Washington DC, the largest Zionist lobby group is not Jewish or Israeli, it's American Christian.

However, I might go so far to say: “hey... isn’t it strange we have alt-right people on this site who are very critical of Israel?”

When on every single level they tend to be as inclusive as neo-Nazis at a Bar Mitzwa...
