Na, no need to wait. Everyone knows Trump is guilty of everything and the rest of the Federal government are a bunch of law abiding upright citizens.

You have branded Trump a "criminal" and a "Democrat plant."

Interesting quote from the lead prosecutor:

""Protecting the integrity of elections, and protecting our elections from unlawful foreign influence, are core functions of our campaign-finance laws,” Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, said at a press conference on Thursday."

    https://outline.com/ZfpqVY

Both of the accused had been subpoenaed to testify in front of the House impeachment inquiry on Thursday; they had a lunch with Rudy Guiliani on Wednesday and then a few hours later were arrested at an airport with one way tickets to Vienna. By an amazing coincidence, Rudy was going to Vienna, too:

"President Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani reportedly planned to fly to Vienna, Austria, a day after his now-arrested associates attempted to travel to the city.

The Atlantic reported that it was unclear why Giuliani was traveling to Vienna, but that he had said he couldn't meet with one of the magazine's reporters on Thursday evening due to his expected travel.

Multiple news outlets reported that the Giuliani associates, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, were carrying one-way tickets to Vienna when they were arrested at Dulles International Airport in Virginia on Wednesday night."

    https://thehill.com/policy/international/europe/465312-giuliani-planned-to-fly-to-vienna-a-day-after-arrested-associates

    BTW:

"Parnas said he met “many times” with the president over the past year but refused to talk about what they discussed. “I am not going to talk about my conversations with the president,” he said."

    https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/mikesallah/ukraine-spending-trump-parnas-fruman

There's some nice pictures of Parnas and some others buddy-buddy with the Donald at the White House on May 1.

    Very interesting.

They are Rudy associates, not his clients; in fact, they were his link to Lutsenko, Shokin and others in the Ukraine who were the source of whatever "evidence" Rudy imagines he has of alleged Joe Biden misconduct regarding that country.

The two are clients of John Dowd, last seen representing, you guessed it, Donald Trump regarding the Mueller investigation.

    Why Austria? Austria is neutral.

The extradition treaty between Austria and the USA can be found at:

    https://internationalextraditionblog.com/2011/04/04/austria-extradition-treaty-with-the-united-states/

    Note the following clauses:

    "ARTICLE 4

    POLITICAL AND MILITARY OFFENSES

    1. Extradition shall not be granted if the offense for which extradition is requested is a political offense.

Article 4(3) provides that extradition shall not be granted if the executive authority of the Requested State determines that the request was politically motivated."

The requested authority in this case would, of course, receive a preliminary phone call from (drum roll) Donald "Witch-Hunt" Trump, but there would be no quid pro quo, oh no, certainly no quid pro quo.
