What Duchess failed to mention is that she views herself as an academic historian (alas, without credentials). She might be willing to write a review of your book.

I missed the post from Wolfe63 tbh - the only person who I've engaged with about my book actively from this forum who I know has read it and bothered to give me some feedback is Ponderable.

I imagine that the rumors of Duchess64's multiple manuscript rejections have nothing to do with her bitterness.
Oh well, one should take pride in being a history teacher. After all, Community College's are honorable institutions.

Most native Kenyans speak Swahili.
Some bitterly resent that English is their colonial lingua franca.

Having said that, internet trolls like Duchess64, have become adept at masking their mother tongue.

Although interpretive services and devices are widely available and anyone, anywhere, can now pretend to speak a different language: Certain repetitive and idiomatic phrases lend themselves to accurate tracing.
