It is perfectly OK to forfeit games where you haven't got a chance of winning

Not against rules to resign any game but obviously mactayto got banned for doing that and points removed. For helping robbies clan. robbie stuck by his word and got booted.

Mactayto resigns all tournament games to lower his rating. You complained about him before or are you going to deny it?
He was 1450 on new years day but 1000 by the 2nd.
The mor9n is a cheat and should never be allowed to play. the big mouth egged on robbie who got banned while the cheating coward sneaks back in.
By letting him in your clan you are as bad.
Notice the cheating coward hiding away winning games against opponents 500 points lower..
