Nice that you point out a challenge that IVV is losing.
But you will note that in 2021, IVV lost 93 challenges. Only 7 clans won more challenges in 2021 than IVV lost.
The messaging here is that you have to play enough challenges to win.

Providing you can get them! You know the problem trying to get challenges some other clans have the same issues.

IVV didn't seem to have much trouble getting clan challenges from what I saw.
